Valentine’s Day, I have to say, doesn’t appeal to me all that much. It’s to commercial and “heartsie”, if you know what I mean! Restaurants always seem overly packed, like you have to hear the conversation of the table next to you, even if you don’t want to! I’ve had some amazing surprises over the years (dining in a real Palace, comes to mind!) but lately, I just rather cooke a nice, romantic meal, at home and spend the evening without all the commotion.
